Wolfthorn Exploration Demo 1.07 (Mini-Patch #5)


Mini Patch Details:

  • Patched up renderer crashes that occur on non-DX12 run builds due to instanced static meshes.
  • Player Menus (GUI) now pause the game as well.
  • Player Death Screen has been implemented (finally) instead of just loading right away.
  • Spider damage rate has been lowered slightly.
  • The game now has a save indicator that will let you know when a game save is in progress. This includes autosaves, but this will be toggleable most likely by next update soon.
  • Fix adventure mode return to main menus invisibility bug.
  • Fix texture filtering check causing all settings to not be able to be switched back to Ultra. Do note that turning this specific setting to Ultra has been noted to cause some Particle issues on certain hardware, and it is recommended to keep it at high (max).
  • Fix the player being allowed to pause the game while in the middle of loading (this causes the game to be stuck in a load loop).
  • Fix inventory (stash) items slots going off of screen. (They are still kind of broken, but they should at least not block your equipment slots for the time being). A UI overhaul is in the works.
  • Fix potion socket off. (Oops).
  • And some other stuff I probably (yet again) forgot to write in my log. Maybe I'll think of them later, who knows.
